Job Role : Server
Job Duties
— Primary duty is to provide good customer service, take orders, and deliver food.
— Improve dining experience, offer suggestions and recommendations, such as wine pairings.
— Servers need to meet with managers daily prior to service to discuss that day's offerings. Topics in these meetings may include specials, food preparation, and ingredients used, especially if they may be a potential allergen to some diners. Additional duties of a server may also include:
— Processing payment
— Greeting customers
— Cleaning tables and dining area
— Setting tables
Job Role : Hostess
— Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups and Wine/Drinks
— Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
— Takes names on a waiting list.
— Runs the floor plan board.
— Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
— Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
— Cleans, organizes, and stocks menus at host area.
— Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
— Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
— Fills to-go orders, if applicable.
— Maintains restrooms throughout shift.
— Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently.
— Performs other duties as directed.
Job Role : Bartenders
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
— Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
— Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
— Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
— Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
— Plan and present bar menu
— Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
— Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
— Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
— Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
— Working experience as a bartender
— Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
— Computer literacy
— Knowledge of a second language is a plus
— Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
— Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
— Relevant training certificate
